Raid! The Assassins from Dressrosa

With Caesar pleading for his life and dangling a job offer, Luffy refuses to be swayed and drives a Haki-charged Gear Third strike deep into the scientist's gut. The blow rockets Caesar through the gate toward the R-66 passage and out of sight. Across the New World, underworld brokers react with disbelief and alarm, several of them rushing to alert powerful figures that an alliance has formed and that Joker is about to act.

Inside the laboratory, Chopper and the G-5 medics rush the unconscious Mocha along while Usopp guides them by intercom. Brook follows close behind carrying a stone-encased Kin'emon, explaining that the samurai ran back into the gas after a girl told him his son had become a dragon. The escapees gather in building R, where Law identifies a SAD rail car as their way out and reacts with fury upon learning Luffy simply ejected their kidnapping target.

Off the coast, Baby 5 and Buffalo close in on the island. Baby 5 stews over Doflamingo repeatedly killing her suitors, eight towns destroyed in the process, while Buffalo frames it as a brother's overprotectiveness and ribs her about her spending and debt. When the toxic cloud blocks their landing, Buffalo spins himself into a fan, debuting his Guru Guru no Mi power to scatter the gas and uncover the tanker below.

The ship suddenly bursts apart, and the pair realize the projectile that struck it was Caesar himself. Buffalo radios Doflamingo, who, delighted to have his SAD-making asset back, orders an immediate retrieval and return to Dressrosa. As they move in, something rises from the wreckage: not a survivor, but the towering robot General Franky, eyeing the approaching figures with curiosity.

The installment draws from Chapter 692 and marks the debut of Buffalo, the Guru Guru no Mi, and the technique used to blow away the gas. The reunion between Chopper and Brook and the gathering inside building R are both stretched out for the screen. The anime skips Usopp subduing Caesar's grieving underlings, leaving them weeping over their master's betrayal, and omits the Devil Fruit names from Baby 5 and Buffalo's introduction boxes.
