Summary

In his guest quarters Sanji dwells on having turned his back on the crew and on the force Big Mom unleashed against Luffy and Nami. Those two awaken to discover their arms pinned to a wall inside a single page of a giant volume, a prison made by Mont-d'Or's power, while the pirates outside laugh and snap the cover shut. Brook's loosed spirit then floats through a wall into the Room of Treasure, counting the guards and identifying its three Poneglyphs, two ordinary and one of the Road variety. He overhears Tamago briefing Sweet Commander Smoothie, learns Pedro is on the island and once tried this very robbery years earlier, then returns to the wine cellar to report. Realizing Tamago's attention rests entirely on Pedro, the pair resolve to dangle the mink as a lure.

Big Mom, meanwhile, leads the Vinsmoke Family through her library and shows off the rare creatures and peoples she has sealed inside books. When Judge mentions that he has spotted no giants anywhere in Totto Land, her expression sours before she dismisses the topic.

Key Events

At Brulee's home, Carrot dangles over a boiling pot homie, yet Chopper explains he let himself be taken in Heavy Point so he could slip his chains, and by now enough time has elapsed for him to summon Monster Point. Brulee orders her reflections to assault the duo, but the altered animal copies instead turn on their own reflections before lunging at the genuine duo, with the Noble Croc rushing in clutching chains. Later, the pirates open the book to the captives' page and place a Den Den Mushi belonging to Big Mom before them. She raises Luffy's declaration of war at Fish-Man Island and asks why he came without his whole crew, but he answers that he arrived only to take Sanji back, then challenges her to a fight, a defiance that startles her.

Notes

An extra moment shows Luffy stirring awake within the cell before Mont-d'Or seals the book, and Chopper and Carrot being captured in the mirror realm is newly depicted as well. Pandaman appears among the treasury guards, and Perospero's palette is adjusted to match the manga. Two errors slip in: Smoothie's bounty is misspoken in Japanese, and the figure listed for Luffy in Mont-d'Or's book carries an extra zero. Charlotte Smoothie debuts here, along with the Shibo Shibo no Mi.
