For attire she favors a pink striped leotard, an enormous yellow scarf that nearly brushes the floor, sleeves wrapped around her elbows, and a floppy beret-like cap, paired with tall dark boots that climb to her knees. A rose tattoo marks her upper right thigh.

Smoothie carries herself with a relaxed, breezy outlook, lending a hand to crewmates when she has the time yet rarely showing much investment, though she does feel regret when she fails. At celebrations such as her mother's tea party she turns gracious and welcoming, greeting visitors and pouring them drinks. That casual exterior drops the instant a crisis demands it, and she quickly assembles efficient tactics, reading how others are likely to react before she acts. A streak of cruelty runs beneath all this: she enjoys squeezing the life from subordinates and sipping the fluid she extracts, casting aside the withered bodies as if they were nothing more than vessels. For all her ruthlessness she stays fiercely devoted to kin and crew, carrying out any task from those she respects and shielding her mother from needless aggravation. She loathes betrayers, raging at Capone Bege over his assassination plot and at Jinbe for siding with the Straw Hats. Composed under pressure, she only truly unravels when Big Mom's cravings send her mother on a rampage, at which point she flees in panic and shouts for her siblings to scatter.

Holding one of the three Sweet Commander seats, Smoothie answers to no one in the crew except her mother, and as Minister of Juice she rules over 100% Island within Totto Land. Vito branded her a monster on par with Katakuri, and her bounty of 932,000,000 berries signals how dangerous the World Government deems her. Alongside Daifuku and Galette she helped subdue Sanji, Reiju, and a weakened Luffy. She brings sharp leadership and tactical sense, drafting quick plans to corner and finish enemies, and her will is strong enough to endure a burst of Big Mom's Conqueror's Haki. Her physical power suits her massive build, letting her lift and wring out a normal-sized person with ease, and she once crushed a giraffe in a single grip. She also withstood a fierce kick from Vinsmoke Reiju without budging. The Devil Fruit she consumed, the Shibo Shibo no Mi, is a Paramecia type that lets her drain liquid from living and non-living matter alike, twisting a target like a wet rag or extracting fluid through a cut from her sword. The drawn liquid can be drunk like juice, even from substances as hazardous as lava, and she can pull poison out of a body, including her own. By soaking up the extracted liquid she enlarges herself and her weapons, then fires the stored fluid as concentrated blasts, as she did when she launched a flying slash of liquid at the Thousand Sunny.
