Summary
Carrying Nami and with Sanji beside him, Luffy scrambles to outrun the avalanche bearing down on them. Spotting a cliff, Sanji shouts for higher ground, and the two reach it, only for the snow to wash over the ledge regardless. Across the villages ringing the Drum Rockies, residents brace for Wapol's homecoming, many of them following Dalton toward Bighorn. Vivi and Usopp, riding a sled toward Gyasta, sail straight past the marker they needed.
In Bighorn, Wapol chews through buildings alongside his Bliking Pirates while Kuromarimo reports that the Straw Hats are hunting a doctor for a sick crewmate and that Kureha has been occupying Drum Castle in his absence. Dalton drops in and slashes the former king across the chest, but the Isshi-20 patch him up at once and he rises again. When persuasion fails to drive Wapol off the island, Dalton takes on a bison-human hybrid form, drawing admiring commentary from members of Wapol's crew about the Ushi Ushi no Mi, Model: Bison.
