Sabo Goes into Action - All the Captains of the Revolutionary Army Appear!

With the royalty gone to the world council, Peachbeard's gang descends on a harbor settlement within Lulusia Kingdom and ransacks it, sweeping past the handful of remaining Marines and robbing the townspeople of their possessions for Blackbeard. Moda is run down as she flees clutching milk intended for the children, and the captain seizes both it and the tribute money the people have scraped together. Belo Betty catches her as she falls, and the army's leaders reveal themselves one after another: the giant okama Morley bursts up from the ground, Lindbergh glides in vexed at losing his moment, and Karasu coalesces from a swarm of crows. Distant on Momoiro Island, Sabo, Dragon, and Koala gather with Ivankov and Inazuma to lay out the declaration to come.

The four commanders square off against Peachbeard's crew. Brandishing her flag, Betty taps her Devil Fruit to draw out the hidden potential of the townsfolk and stir them into fighting back. Morley molds the earth to stop the pirates' gunfire, Lindbergh's Cool Shooter ices over their weapons, and Karasu's crows make off with the guns left over. The emboldened crowd swarms the raiders, and Moda drops Peachbeard with a single blow. Betty turns the captured captain over to the locals so they can collect his fifty-two-million bounty, and she leaves the army's contact details for anyone wishing to sign on. On Momoiro Island, Dragon chooses to begin the meeting straight away rather than hold off until the council.

The adaptation works in Peachbeard felling Marines, Moda dashing off with the milk jar, Lindbergh and Karasu showing up separately, and Hack present on Momoiro Island. Several moments diverge from print: Moda also protects a jar of milk rather than only the Celestial gold, the raiders spot just Karasu on the rooftop, his words are audible this time, and she hits Peachbeard in the face instead of on the crown. This is Moda's first anime appearance, and the episode sits within the Levely Arc.
