Island of New Beginnings

Barreling through Grove 35 in his massive reindeer shape, Chopper hollers for the false Robin until Usopp and Nami glide by on a Bon Chari and pull him into a reunion. The pair marvel at how big and fluffy he has grown, and during the ride they catch him up: the kidnapped Robin was a counterfeit, since the genuine one, after years of eluding capture, would never let herself be stuffed in a sack, and the crewmates he met earlier were fakes as well. Delighted by his own fame, Chopper decides he needs a signature. Meanwhile the bogus Sanji and Zoro, realizing the reindeer they chased was the true one, stumble into the actual Luffy, who, sporting the false mustache Hancock suggested, mistakes the pair for his real friends.

In Grove 41 the real Zoro and Sanji quarrel over Zoro's urge to fish and his gift for getting lost, needling each other with the numbers denoting their arrival order until it erupts into a brawl. Over in Grove 46, a marine scout keeping watch on the recruits is ambushed by Caribou and Coribou, who kill him and begin digging a grave before a shout stops them. The impostor Luffy works his followers into a frenzy, calling them his hands and feet and commanding them to crush the real crew, just as his men return with the genuine Luffy alongside them. The scene cuts to Brook's farewell show, where marines and his treacherous managers move in, yet Brook turns the crowd by declaring to the world that Luffy is alive and launching an encore. On the refitted Sunny, Nami, Usopp, and Chopper rejoin Franky and Robin as Rayleigh and Shakky arrive.

Brook is exposed to the world as a Straw Hat and confirmed to be the Rumbar Pirates' second captain from half a century back, his bounty still active. Once the timeskip passes, Chopper is seen in his Walk Point form for the first time, now as tall as Usopp, while the Caribou brothers appear in full and further fake-crew members, including Albion and Lip Doughty, are named. Franky reveals new upgrades, among them smaller hands popping out of his larger ones and a feature that lets loose his hair. The chapter closes with Rayleigh assuring Nami of Luffy's presence somewhere on the archipelago and announcing that it is finally time to restart.
