Gil Gollini is one of the Gollini Family mafiosi in My Hero Academia: You're Next, an eight-foot slab of a man whose Teleportation Quirk mostly serves to ferry Ugo Gollini around the battlefield. He fights with dancer's footwork and almost no visible emotion.
Wide shoulders and burly arms carry a frame that runs very large and very muscular. His hair is cropped to a buzzcut, a dutch-style beard frames the jaw, and the nose is big and rough. The eyes stay squinted into a permanent stern line, never really visible. Standard mafia dress covers the rest: a well-tailored gray suit with black stripes, a tie, a black coat, a scarf. Like the rest of the family, he keeps a rose on him, tucked at the side of the coat.
Almost nothing registers on him. He reads closer to an automaton than a man, and his constant presence at Ugo's side amounts to functioning as transport for him, a role his Quirk and his build are both built for. As with the rest of the Gollini Family, orders come from the boss, Valdo, and he will help wipe out whoever stands in the family's path.
The blank exterior does crack. Dodging a heavy volume of explosions and fire visibly annoyed him, and he registers shock and pain plainly enough, most clearly when Katsuki Bakugo and Shoto Todoroki outmaneuvered the pair of them and put them down.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
Teleportation moves him, and anyone he happens to be touching, to any point within his line of sight. Anna's Overmodification supercharges the ability, cutting his activation time down dramatically.
What sets his combat apart is the footwork. He fights with striking coordination, carrying a rhythm closer to dance than brawling, and each reappearance flows into the next step without a break.
