One of the Eight Bullets serving Overhaul, Rikiya Katsukame is a wall of muscle who breathes the stamina out of anyone near him and grows on what he takes. Trigger removed the need to touch his victims at all, and the Shie Hassaikai raid nearly turned on that fact.
Everything about him is oversized: enormous height, enormous frame, muscle stacked on top of both. A black tank top carries a stand-by symbol, presumably a nod to the power he runs on, and bolted across his back is a metal seat used to ferry other Shie Hassaikai members around, Mimic among them. Below that come olive drab jeans cinched with a belt built like armor, blue socks, and orange sneakers. His fists are wrapped in massive gauntlets and knuckledusters.
The plague mask is standard issue for the group. His version is black, lined in red, with white eyes and a gold accent at the throat, and it swallows his entire head.
Rikiya needs fuel before he functions properly. Smashing through the gate at the start of the raid, he grumbled that it was far too early in the day for any of this. Once he had been captured and drained the energy out of everyone within reach, he declared that he felt brand new.
He plainly enjoys taking energy from people, whether that is his power shaping his temperament or simply a lazy man who happened to be born with the perfect ability for it. A leering streak surfaces during his bout with Nejire Hado, where the Trigger boost has him gesturing suggestively about getting his hands on her.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
Almost nothing of his past is on record beyond the fact that he met Overhaul at some point and became his obedient friend, something close to a younger brother, before Kai brought him into the Shie Hassaikai. He first surfaces when Overhaul, Chronostasis, Shin Nemoto, and Rikiya wipe out Team Reservoir Dogs and wreck the getaway vehicle they were counting on.
Energy Suck siphons stamina out of people, inhaling the strength right out of them, and what he takes swells his size and his power enormously. He normally has to be touching whoever he drains. Trigger lifts that restriction entirely.
When Pro Heroes and the Police Force massed outside the Yakuza stronghold, Rikiya came through the front gate at them as the first line of defense. Raw strength alone lets him punch through a wall, and through a gate locked shut, sending two officers airborne and casually wrecking the jamb while winding up his next swing. Ryukyu, ranked ninth at the time, took him on alongside her interns Nejire Chan, Uravity, and Froppy, and the four eventually subdued and restrained him. He was never truly out, which shocked Ryukyu, and while tied up his power fired on its own, exposing the Trigger dose he had taken before the fight even started. Breathing in vitality from every officer and hero nearby, he tore free reinvigorated and fought the squad far better than he had the first time, for twenty minutes, helped along by Nejire, Tsuyu, and Ochaco being steadily drained; Nejire's blasts weakened enough that he could shrug them off. Only once the drug wore off did the exhausted squad's combined final assault finish him.
Himiko Toga, wearing Deku's face, then fooled the heroes into dropping Rikiya down into the tunnel below, where his boss was fighting. Kai used his own power to fuse with him, forming a monstrous kaiju-sized mass of flesh to throw at Deku. After a long battle, Eri's power separated the two, and Rikiya was taken into custody with the remainder of the Hassaikai. He wears metal gloves to add weight to his punches.
Rikiya Katsukame's Quirk is Energy Suck, which siphons stamina out of anyone he touches and swells his own size and power with what he takes. A dose of Trigger let him drain victims from a distance instead of needing direct contact.
Rikiya Katsukame is one of the Eight Bullets serving Overhaul, having met Kai Chisaki at some point and become his obedient, almost younger-brother figure before joining the Shie Hassaikai.
Rikiya Katsukame first fell to Ryukyu and her interns Nejire Chan, Uravity, and Froppy, but a hidden Trigger dose let him tear free and fight for another twenty minutes before the exhausted squad's combined final assault finished him once the drug wore off.
