Charlotte Flampe

Flampe reads as a gangly teenager with brown eyes and dark hair pulled into a very long ponytail that curls at the tip, fixed by a red flower-shaped tie, with squared bangs across her brow. Her base outfit is a dark red shirt trimmed in frilly collar and sleeves, matching tights, and pale loafers. Over all of this she wears a polka-dotted suit that puffs out like a jelly bean and lets her bob and float through the air.

Obsessed with her brother Katakuri's seeming perfection, Flampe will go so far as to disrupt his fight just to protect that image and win his favor over her siblings. Her admiration proves hollow, though, collapsing the instant she glimpses the hidden mouth he keeps concealed; she recoils in disgust, mocks his teeth, and threatens to broadcast the secret across Totto Land while disowning him outright. Vain, sadistic, and quick to torment both enemies and her own subordinates, she nonetheless prizes her manufactured status as the cutest sister and stays loyal enough to follow Big Mom into Wano for revenge. For all her cruelty, the sight of blood revolts her.

Her authority spans Rokumitsu Island as Minister of Honey and a dedicated squad as Special Attack Unit Captain, and her young age does not stop her from ordering around lower-ranked pirates. Her chief tool is a blowgun fed by the air in her ballooning Fluffy Balloon System, firing numbing needles so silent that even Haki users miss them, though her own will is weak enough that Conqueror's Haki knocks her out.

During Katakuri's rematch with Luffy in the Mirro-World, Flampe brought subordinates to snipe at Luffy, stabbing one with a fork for missing, then planted a dart in Luffy's leg so her brother could land a heavy blow, which she found hilarious. When Katakuri caught her interfering, he stabbed himself and exposed his mouth while berating her, shattering her devotion; she ridiculed him and had his teeth photographed until he and Luffy flattened her group with Conqueror's Haki. She later rode the Queen Mama Chanter on the failed pushes into Wano, blocked first by King and then by Marco.
