Biography and Story Role

Botamo was chosen by Vados as one of five fighters to represent Universe 6 in the Tournament of Destroyers against Universe 7. He faced Goku in the opening match and initially appeared invincible; his body absorbed every punch, kick, and even a direct Kamehameha without taking any damage. However, Goku realized that while Botamo could not be hurt, he could still be moved. Goku grabbed his legs and dragged him to the edge, then threw him out of the ring for a ring-out victory.

In the Tournament of Power, Botamo returned as part of the expanded Team Universe 6. He teamed up with Auta Magetta to form "Bota Magetta," a combination where Botamo sat on Magetta's shoulders and covered the metallic warrior's ears to protect him from insults. This duo gave Super Saiyan Vegeta significant trouble.

Botamo was eventually eliminated by Gohan, who realized he could use continuous uppercuts to lift Botamo into the air, then launched him off the stage with a Kamehameha. He was the first Universe 6 member eliminated from the Tournament of Power. After the remaining Universe 6 fighters fell, Botamo was erased along with his universe but was later restored by Android 17's wish on the Super Dragon Balls.
