Rumsshi is the God of Destruction of Universe 10, an elephant-like deity who values raw physical strength above all else. He is accompanied by his angel attendant Kusu and works alongside his Supreme Kai, Gowasu.
Rumsshi oversees Universe 10 with a hands-off approach, preferring to avoid the labor of actually destroying planets. He enjoys being praised and tends toward laziness, delegating responsibility whenever possible. Despite this, he can be serious when the situation demands it, particularly when his universe's survival is at stake.
His relationship with Supreme Kai Gowasu is complicated. While the two are life-linked and generally cooperative, Rumsshi becomes frustrated upon learning about the Zamasu crisis and how close Gowasu's apprentice came to destroying the multiverse. In the manga, Rumsshi is not above threatening Gowasu's life out of anger, even though doing so would kill them both. He holds Gowasu's tendency to overthink as his greatest weakness.
For the Tournament of Power, Rumsshi insists on recruiting fighters who rely on brute strength, reflecting his philosophy that physical power is the key to victory. This one-dimensional approach to team selection puts Universe 10 at a disadvantage against more versatile opponents. His team is eliminated relatively early in the tournament, though all erased universes are later restored by Android 17's wish.
