Goku, Shin, and Glorio pass through the Sir Warp transit system and arrive in the Third Demon World for the first time. They explore a land of heavy air and hostile locals, eventually finding their plane stolen overnight after a rowdy evening at a bar.
The journey to the Demon Realm begins in earnest as Glorio pilots the ship to a Sir Warp stationed on the distant Planet Batapi. After Shin disguises Goku's rounded ears to help him pass as a demon, they provide the correct pin number and are whisked through the transit system. Inside the relay point, Glorio explains the structure of the Demon Realm: three distinct worlds, each with its own character and restrictions. The First Demon World is reserved for palace members only, while the Third is the most accessible and their immediate destination.
Emerging into the Third Demon World, Goku takes in a landscape unlike anything he has experienced. A towering statue of the former King Dabura dominates the horizon, flanked by floating islands and active volcanoes. When Goku steps outside the ship, he notices his movements feel sluggish. Glorio explains that the local atmosphere contains a heavy gas that weighs down the body and makes sustained flight extremely taxing.
A band of armed bandits attacks the group shortly after landing, but Glorio scares them off with a display of his weapon. The trio continues to a nearby town and checks into a hotel, where Glorio haggles the owner down to a fair price by subtly revealing his holstered firearm. With Goku still hungry from his interrupted meal back on the Lookout, they visit a bar across the street where the locals take an immediate disliking to Goku's rounded ears. A fight breaks out, which both Glorio and Goku handle without difficulty.
The next morning, the group heads outside only to discover their plane has vanished. In its place, an axe pins a note to the ground, confirming that the vehicle was deliberately taken. Stranded in an unfamiliar and hostile world with heavy air making flight impractical over long distances, Goku, Shin, and Glorio must now find another way to continue their mission.
