Will It Be Goku?! Or Zamas?!

Goku's Final Gambit

Goku continues his relentless assault on Fused Zamasu while in his Perfected Super Saiyan Blue state, refusing to let the immortal fusion regenerate. His body weakens rapidly under the strain, and Vegeta observes that Goku is channeling every last drop of Blue's energy into a single decisive punch. Meanwhile, Fused Zamasu tears away his upper garment in a blind rage, releasing so much energy that his body begins to destabilize despite his immortality.

As both fighters charge, Goku slips behind Zamasu and unleashes the Hakai technique. The fusion's body starts disintegrating, but Zamasu opens a portal and pulls Future Mai in front of him as a living shield. Goku halts the attack to protect her, and Zamasu capitalizes with a crushing blow that knocks Goku unconscious. After regenerating completely, Zamasu turns on Future Mai, only for Future Trunks to intervene in Super Saiyan 2. Zamasu dispatches him instantly with an Invisible Eye Blast, leaving Vegeta to concede that defeat seems certain.

Defusion and Multiplication

With all three defenders down, Zamasu prepares to obliterate the Earth, but his body suddenly begins splitting apart. Shin realizes the Potara fusion has reached its one-hour limit. Gowasu theorizes that because both halves are originally the same person, they have bonded on a cellular level and are resisting the separation. Future Trunks seizes the moment, slicing the two apart with his sword and stabbing Goku Black through the chest.

The victory proves short-lived. Goku Black awakens, blasts Trunks, and shatters the blade. Both Goku Black and Future Zamasu then individually transform into separate copies of Fused Zamasu, revealing that Black has also obtained immortality through their cellular bond. Enraged by the sight of two immortal enemies beating Goku senseless, Vegeta powers up to Super Saiyan Blue and unleashes his devastating Gamma Burst Flash, obliterating both copies. However, the pieces regenerate and multiply even further, producing an entire army of Fused Zamasu clones that surrounds the stunned group.
