Born September 12, 1952 in Setagaya, Tokyo, Yukitoshi Hori is a Japanese voice actor and elder brother of fellow voice actor Hideyuki Hori, affiliated with Aoni Production.
Hori is best known for voicing major antagonists in the Dragon Ball franchise. He provided the distinctive voice for Dodoria, the pink-skinned henchman of Frieza, and Android 19, one of the androids threatening Earth in the Cell saga. He also voiced Sansho and Medamatcha, demon creatures encountered during Goku's training in the afterlife, showcasing his range across villains and supernatural beings throughout Dragon Ball Z.
Hori has been represented by Aoni Production and continues to voice characters in Dragon Ball Heroes video games, retaining roles like Android 19. Outside Dragon Ball, he is recognized for voicing Tokumaru Tatsumi in Saint Seiya, Gin in Case Closed, and Roberto MacGuyer in Crayon Shin-chan, demonstrating extensive work across major anime franchises.
