Endeavor Agency

The Endeavor Agency, written エンデヴァー事務所 and read Endevā Jimusho, is the Hero Office that the Flame Hero, Enji Todoroki, founded. It enters the manga in Chapter 203 and the anime in Episode 27.

The building is an expensive-looking high-rise of several floors whose front entrance carries a stylized letter E wreathed in flame. Behind the doors sits a broad floor of desks and computers where the staff work through requests, and there is a gym on the premises. Endeavor keeps a personal office that is enormous and nearly bare, holding little beyond his desk and a comparatively small table. Fire and heat Quirks dominate the roster.

The sidekicks, who call themselves the Flaming Sidekickers, number past thirty and include Burnin. They are a passionate bunch, answer to the catchphrase "Flame On", and, working for the new No. 1 Hero, cycle constantly between standby and patrol as the requests pile up.

The agency is also where one of Shoto Todoroki's turning points plays out. Offered an internship in the post-Sports Festival draft, Shoto accepts despite refusing to forgive his father, reasoning that one of the country's most capable pros still has something to teach him. Endeavor takes him into the field immediately, heading for Hosu City to hunt the Hero Killer, Stain. Tomura Shigaraki then looses several Nomu on the city, and when Shoto receives a location from Izuku Midoriya he peels away, asking his father to handle the rampage and send reinforcements. Endeavor joins the other heroes against the Nomu and funnels one of them toward that address each time another falls, while Izuku, Tenya Ida, and Shoto capture Stain themselves at considerable cost.

The credit does not stay with them. Days afterward, police chief Kenji Tsuragamae visits the three at Hosu General Hospital, thanks them for the arrest, and explains that because they used their Quirks illegally the feat has to be buried, with Endeavor publicly credited for the capture, so that neither the students nor their guardians end up in legal trouble.

Enji Todoroki founded and controls the agency. Moe Kamiji, who operates as Burnin, is among the sidekicks working there, and Shoto Todoroki trained at the office as an intern.
