Summary

Becoming the next O'Clock was always the goal, and All Might looked like the only obstacle, which is why Number 6 took care to stay away from him. Yet whatever he attempted, Koichi Haimawari was there blocking the road. The label has changed: no longer a pest, Koichi is now the ultimate villain, a thing that stands against his very existence. Koichi survives the midair detonation only to watch his opponent reform as a living mass of plasma. Number 6 surges forward, and the Shooty-Go-Kablam Koichi fires at him is simply cancelled out.

The illusion of O'Clock, All For One behind the mask, is taken aback at what the Bomber cells have allowed, a body converted into combusting plasma that Number 6 names Lightning Style. He praises the boy: worship of Heroes started him down this road, and rage has drawn every ounce of potential out of him. He no longer moves at All For One's convenience but flies on his own will, the finest test subject anyone could hope for.

Energy blasts fire from Number 6's fingertips, and Koichi compares them to missiles as he shoots at them and swerves. The dodging stops working once he realizes they are tracking him and there are far too many to shoot down. He glances back to find Number 6 closing fast, and nowhere left to go.

Down on the streets, the Narufest crowd chases Miu and asks why she is trying to find Koichi. She explains that she saw something wrong with Kazuho Haneyama and did nothing, and she could not bear for Koichi to be gone when Kazuho finally wakes. They tell her the blame is not hers. Yu catches up to her sister and says they will face it together, and then both of them look up at a sky filling with explosions.
