The Winner Takes All! Law vs. Blackbeard!

Driven hard by Blackbeard's pursuit, the Heart Pirates submerge the Polar Tang to slip away, yet the chase pushes them to the breaking point and Law sets a course for the closest island. Partway through barking orders, Law and soon his entire crew abruptly become women, the doing of a contagious ailment. Falling back on what he learned battling the Emperors, Law overwhelms himself with Haki to wipe out the sickness and shut down the Devil Fruit behind it.

Ashore, Doc Q reveals that his freshly eaten Shiku Shiku no Mi triggered the so-called Feminization Disease. Van Augur, lately holding the Wapu Wapu no Mi, warps in alongside Burgess, whose new Riki Riki no Mi lets him fling a whole mountain that Law shears apart using ROOM and Amputate. Law works out that Blackbeard's crew keeps inflating its bounties by hunting power-users for their fruits. Blackbeard hails Law and demands his Road Poneglyphs, and Law agrees on a winner-takes-all basis. Law splits Stronger in two, Blackbeard counters with Gurash, and after a run of K-ROOM, Shock Wille, and warps from Augur, Blackbeard at last swallows Law in darkness with Kurouzu.

The episode adapts a portion of the cover story titled Germa 66's Ahh, showing how Kuzan and Van Augur seized Charlotte Pudding away from Whole Cake Island, along with Cracker's defeat. Word of the duel reaches Marine Headquarters, where Sakazuki reluctantly orders his forces to hold back. Three Devil Fruits make their first appearance here: Doc Q's Shiku Shiku no Mi, plus the Riki Riki no Mi held by Burgess and the warping Wapu Wapu no Mi. Winner Island also appears for the first time. The entry belongs to the Egghead Arc.
