A Moving Castle! Executive Officer Pica Rises Up

While Luffy climbs the castle with Zoro and Viola, a face bulges out of the wall and swells into a whole body: Pica, holder of the Spade seat. Viola explains that his Ishi Ishi no Mi lets him merge with any kind of rock, and because the palace is built wholly of stone, he commands the entire structure and squeezes its walls together to crush the trio. Splitting away, Kin'emon and Wicca head down toward the Toy House.

Deep underground, Usopp reasons that Sugar must be inside the factory since toys never stop emerging, and he learns of the central lift along with the chutes that drop people and broken toys into the Scrap Heap below the Officer Tower. Within that tower, Trebol, who wields the Beta Beta no Mi, holds Cavendish bound in slime. When Cavendish demands release, Sugar converts him into a toy and locks him into a contract he never agreed to, voiding his will and erasing him from memory, the same fate dealt to the other wounded contestants now compelled into weapon smuggling. Robin, Usopp, and the dwarves then reach Sugar's room, where Leo unveils the scorching Tatababasco fruit meant to knock her out and swears in a fiery speech to rescue his friends and restore King Riku.

Pica rises from the palace stone and demonstrates the Ishi Ishi no Mi against Luffy's group. Delivered to the trading port below, Cavendish is remade into a toy by Sugar's Hobi Hobi no Mi, chained into obedience to the Donquixote Family and wiped from everyone's recollection. Leo and the dwarves arrive with their Tatababasco scheme, betting that a single shriek of pain from Sugar will break her ability and turn every toy back into a human being.

The adaptation shows Kin'emon and Wicca peeling off from the group and inserts several Toy House beats, among them a Marine squabble with Senor Pink, Franky pausing to strum his guitar, and incendiary bazooka rounds fired at him. A new flashback portrays Trebol abducting Cavendish after his fall into the scrap heap. The opening encounter with Pica runs longer than the manga's, with Luffy asking whether the foe is even human and tearing the stone body apart using Gear 2 Jet Gatling before it reforms. The entry belongs to the Dressrosa Arc, and the Ishi Ishi no Mi debuts.
