The Superhumans of Enies Lobby

Both the Rocketman and the Franky Family keep pushing toward the judicial island. On the seized train Robin passes a guarded piece of news to Franky, the scattered allies find one another again, the full CP9 lineup comes together, and the rescue party steels itself for combat. On the cover, Hina catches sight of Goldenweek's group almost instantly, working from reference photographs supplied by a pair of other captured Baroque Works agents.

Inside the Puffing Tom, Robin softly informs a delighted Franky that Iceburg lives and cautions him to hide it from CP9, who still take the shipwright for dead. Franky worries aloud that the government now possesses both keys needed to wake Pluton, yet swears to deliver Robin back to the Straw Hats, telling her that simply existing is not a crime. Cut off from the Rocketman after Yokozuna derailed the Sea Train, the Franky Family notice the uncoupled cars up the line and ease off to learn whether they carry allies or foes.

Aboard the Rocketman, Luffy quarrels with Yokozuna about the derailing while Kokoro produces an Eternal Pose for every station and Nami offers to chart the course. After Kokoro explains to the frog that Franky has been carried off much as Tom once was, Yokozuna pitches in. The Puffing Tom rolls into the station, where Franky comically chomps at the Marines tugging him loose and the crew is amazed to find the island sunk into a pit in the ocean. Within the compound, Spandam remarks that the squad has not stood together in five years, then berates three of them for killing beyond what their mission required; Fukurou's snitching infuriates Jabra, and Kumadori bungles a suicide bid by instinctively hardening with Tekkai. The Franky Family, having recovered Sanji and Sogeking, race the Rocketman toward the island and ready themselves for the clash.

It is verified that both Mr. 13 and Miss Friday lived through their previous encounter with Sanji. CP9 is established as having eight members altogether. Robin, Franky, and the four agents land at the island, while the Rocketman joins up with Sanji, Sogeking, and the Dismantler Brothers from the Franky crew, all now within sight of it. The chapter opens the Enies Lobby Arc.
