Franky works through every key the crew tore from the CP9 agents until one springs Robin's cuffs, leaving Spandam in disbelief that the Straw Hats could have beaten all of them in the Tower of Justice. Told over the Den Den Mushi to thank everyone later and do as she pleases, Robin's first move is to sprout arms across Spandam and beat him senseless.

A thunderous blast from the Gates of Justice shatters the island fence and signals that the Buster Call has begun. A direct hit strikes the tower where Sogeking stood, alarming Paulie's group, though Sogeking soon rises unharmed and answers Sanji's call. Below ground, Nami, Kokoro, and Chimney sprint through a shaking tunnel to outrun the destruction. Up on the Bridge of Hesitation, Lucci finally deduces how Gear Second works and taunts Luffy that the real bombardment will wipe out his crew and drown anyone in the tunnels. The chapter ends as the warships come into view.

Robin is freed from her Seastone handcuffs, five vice admirals arrive, and the Buster Call reaches Enies Lobby. The Animal Theater cover shows Sanji baking a huge cake for Nami and Robin and caging a meddling baboon, oblivious that mice have already devoured the bottom layer. The arriving vice admirals are Strawberry, Yamakaji, Doberman, Onigumo, and Momonga.
