Chapter 141 (Online): Rejuvenated Offence

Suiko drops in on Suiryu at the Hero Association Hospital while he dozes. Her teasing rouses him, and as they talk she is startled to realize that her brother truly intends to become a hero and help people.

Above Z-City, Tatsumaki's sprawling psychic wall begins to thin, letting a medical helicopter reach those still trapped inside. Watching her in the sky, Fubuki is relieved that her sister lives, while Tanktop Master, even after seeing that overwhelming power again, holds onto his ambition of one day outdoing her. Bang marvels that the usually self-serving S-Class fighters, Tatsumaki included, are actually working together, a sign of their growth. He talks over Garou with Bomb, who guesses the hunter may have perished inside the Monster Association base, but Bang maintains that Garou does not die easily and warns his brother to stay alert.

Puri-Puri Prisoner, Superalloy Darkshine, Atomic Samurai, Fubuki, and Tanktop Master gather with Bang and Bomb. When Atomic Samurai asks about Flashy Flash, still stuck in the enemy base, Tatsumaki telepathically tells Fubuki that Flash was not there when she ruptured the ground. Elsewhere, Homeless Emperor studies the gravely wounded Zombieman and reasons that Gyoro Gyoro and Orochi have likely fallen. Sweet Mask bursts from the smoke of Homeless Emperor's exploding orbs to strike at him, but Black Sperm erupts from the earth and cuts him off in midair. Fuhrer Ugly surfaces the same way, and his hideous form terrifies the top A-Class hero; overcome by his dread of ugliness, Sweet Mask screams before Fuhrer Ugly caves in his face, mangles him, and casts him aside.

Fuhrer Ugly plants a foot on Zombieman's mending body and taunts Child Emperor, winding up to punch, only for a giant orb from Homeless Emperor to interrupt him. The blast nearly swallows Atomic Samurai, Iaian, Pig God, Tanktop Master, and Fuhrer Ugly alike. Atomic Samurai calls out to Child Emperor, caught in the explosion, but gets no answer as Evil Natural Water rises from the ground. Iaian grips his sword in fear at the threat, while Pig God and Tanktop Master barely dodge the jaws of Gums, who lunges out of the rubble. Homeless Emperor, Fuhrer Ugly, and Black Sperm squabble among themselves yet settle on joining forces as they advance on the reeling heroes.

The chapter corresponds to online release 141 and carries the VIZ Media title Renewed Effort. Suiko is featured on the cover, and Blast appears only within Bang's imagination.
