Andrew Rye

Rye contributed to multiple Dragon Ball series in various capacities. He voiced numerous minor characters throughout the original Dragon Ball, including Blue Corp Operator, Dreamland Guest, and several background characters. He worked on the ADR script for Dragon Ball Z during the Funimation re-dub and provided script writing for Dragon Ball GT. For Dragon Ball Z Kai, he served as assistant producer and contributed to talent coordination, helping shape the dub for newer audiences.

Beyond voice acting, Rye is accomplished as a screenwriter and producer with an extensive resume. He served as head writer for several anime series including Claymore and Ghost Hunt, and his production work spans multiple major anime franchises. His contributions to video game localization for the Dragon Ball series include script adaptation and talent coordination for multiple installments of the popular game franchise.
