Biography and Story Role

Don Kee ruled Imecka with an iron grip, taxing the planet's inhabitants for virtually everything. His greed was so extreme that he made it illegal to own ships, stranding visiting merchants and forcing them to do business under his exploitative terms. The planet's people lived in poverty while Don Kee hoarded enormous wealth.

When Goku, Trunks, and Pan landed on Imecka, Don Kee confiscated their spaceship. The trio retrieved it, which made them wanted criminals on the planet. They eventually confronted Don Kee in his palace, and he sicced Ledgic on them. After Goku defeated Ledgic as a Super Saiyan, Don Kee had no one left to protect him and begged for his life.

Goku, Trunks, and Pan forced Don Kee to return all ships and money to the Imeckians and provide free housing. He was later seen in prison, reluctantly contributing energy to Goku's Super Ultra Spirit Bomb against Omega Shenron. His name is an anagram of "akindo," a Japanese word meaning "merchant."
