Oracle Fish

The Oracle Fish lives on Beerus's planet alongside the God of Destruction and his attendant Whis. Despite her unassuming appearance as a tiny blue fish, she possesses genuine prophetic powers that even Beerus takes seriously.

Her most significant contribution to the story is her prophecy about the Super Saiyan God. She tells Beerus that a powerful warrior known as the Super Saiyan God will appear, which sparks Beerus's interest and drives him to seek out Goku. This prophecy is the catalyst for the entire Battle of Gods storyline and, by extension, much of Dragon Ball Super.

Beyond this pivotal prediction, the Oracle Fish has a somewhat lazy and comfortable life. She spends most of her time sleeping or floating in her bowl on Beerus's planet. Beerus keeps her as something between a pet and an advisor, and Whis acts as her caretaker. She occasionally offers additional prophetic insights, though none as consequential as her prediction about the Super Saiyan God. Her personality is relaxed and somewhat aloof, fitting for a creature who can glimpse the future.
