The Z Fighters rally around a battered Goku and channel their Saiyan energy into him, pushing him beyond Super Saiyan 4 into a new state: Super Full Power Saiyan 4. Even blinded, Goku dominates Syn Shenron until the desperate dragon devours all seven Dragon Balls and transforms into the terrifying Omega Shenron.
Syn Shenron is about to finish off the unconscious Goku when Goten, Gohan, Trunks, and Majuub arrive just in time. Chi-Chi, Videl, and Mr. Satan are close behind. Goku is grateful but warns them that even together, they cannot defeat this dragon. Gohan reveals a different plan: the Saiyans will transfer their energy into Goku to restore him to full power.
Syn Shenron refuses to wait and attacks the group mid-transfer. Goku uses the partial energy he has already received to save his allies and restarts the process. He tells them to keep pushing beyond his limits, even if the result is dangerous. There is no other option.
Majuub steps in to buy time, fighting Syn Shenron alone. He is completely outmatched but manages to stall the dragon long enough for the Saiyan energy transfer to finish. Goku erupts into a state dubbed Super Full Power Saiyan 4, radiating power that shocks everyone present.
Even while still blinded from Eis Shenron's attack, Goku overwhelms Syn Shenron with ease. The dragon's tricks and feints are useless against this elevated form. Goku fires a single devastating Kamehameha that appears to end the fight entirely. His friends rush to celebrate.
Pan moves to collect the scattered Dragon Balls, but the spheres begin pulling away from her hands. Syn Shenron is still standing. Before anyone can react, the dragon opens his mouth and swallows all seven Dragon Balls at once. Dark energy surges through his body as he transforms into something far worse.
With every Dragon Ball inside him, Syn Shenron becomes Omega Shenron, a being of such concentrated negative energy that the very air grows heavy with dread. The victory celebration dissolves into horror. Goku and the Z Fighters must now face the ultimate Shadow Dragon, one that carries the combined corruption of every wish ever made.
