The Ultimate Form is a state bestowed by the Universe Seed upon those who merge with its power. Featured in the Super Dragon Ball Heroes series, it was used by both Kamioren (in an incomplete version) and Hearts (who achieved the full transformation and dubbed himself the Ultimate Godslayer).
The Universe Seed, a device designed to absorb and consolidate energy from across the cosmos, served as the catalyst for this transformation. In the anime continuity, Hearts directly merged the incomplete seed into Kamioren, the fused entity formed from the twin warriors Kamin and Oren. In the manga, Kamioren instead drew a portion of the seed's power into itself without a full merger.
The resulting form, known as Ultimate Kamioren, transformed the already formidable fusion into a towering giant. The incomplete Universe Seed could be seen embedded in the creature's chest, pulsing with barely contained energy. Despite the seed's unfinished state, the power boost was substantial enough for Ultimate Kamioren to overwhelm the combined efforts of Team Universe 7 in the anime. In the manga, Ultimate Kamioren proved capable of defeating God of Destruction Mode Top and Super Saiyan 3 Full Power Cumber, though Jiren dispatched the creature with relative ease.
In the anime, Ultimate Kamioren's rampage was finally halted when Goku achieved Perfected Ultra Instinct and destroyed the fusion with a decisive attack. Kamioren's defeat released the Universe Seed, which had by then reached its completed state through absorbing enough energy during the conflict.
Following Kamioren's destruction in the anime, Hearts claimed the now-completed Universe Seed, declaring that Kamin and Oren's sacrifice would not be wasted. He drew the artifact toward himself as his Gravity Cages swarmed around him, and upon fully fusing with the seed, he was reborn as Ultimate Hearts, also calling himself the Ultimate Godslayer.
The transformation was incomparably more refined than Kamioren's incomplete version. Where Ultimate Kamioren had been a lumbering giant, Ultimate Hearts was streamlined and radiantly powerful. Six curved jade spikes extended from his back, explosive green orbs manifested around his body, and his hair turned silver and flowed freely. The completed Universe Seed sat embedded in his upper chest, and his entire form was shrouded in a blinding golden glow.
The power Hearts wielded in this state was staggering. The shockwave generated by his transformation alone was powerful enough to push back Goku, Hit, and even Jiren. He demonstrated the ability to annihilate an entire city with a single energy wave and moved through the assembled fighters with contemptuous ease. Most dramatically, his enhanced Gravity Cages proved capable of erasing Fused Zamasu, an immortal god, from existence entirely.
Goku and Vegeta acknowledged that no individual fighter present could match Ultimate Hearts, leading them to fuse into Gogeta as their only viable countermeasure. In the manga continuity, the sequence differed slightly: Lagss delivered the completed seed to Hearts while he was being overwhelmed by Jiren, and the resulting fusion with the seed turned the tide of the battle.
