The form's power level is difficult to place on the broader Dragon Ball scale because the Super Hero film exists somewhat separately from the Tournament of Power and Granolah arcs. However, the sheer dominance Gohan displayed suggests that Beast operates at or above the level of the strongest forms shown in Super's anime run.

Beast represented a narrative course correction, proving that Gohan still had the potential to be the strongest fighter on Earth when the stakes demanded it.
The transformation reinvigorated fan interest in Gohan as a character and raised questions about whether Beast could continue to grow. Unlike forms that have clear power ceilings (such as Super Saiyan 3's stamina limit), Beast appears to have room for further development. If Gohan were to train seriously in this state, the upper limits remain completely unknown.
