On Green Bit, Fujitora proposes to forgive Law and clear the Straw Hats if Law will name them his underlings, yet Law insists on a genuine partnership, in part to play for time. Let down by the answer, the sightless admiral brings a meteorite plunging from the sky, and Law, Doflamingo, and Fujitora slash it to pieces before it can strike. Over on Dressrosa, Sanji pushes Franky to bring down the SMILE factory without delay, then catches sight of Luffy battling on a colosseum screen and chides Franky for letting him slip off. Violet leaves Sanji a map and disappears, and Sanji crosses paths with Kin'emon, dispatching the soldiers on his tail with ease before consenting to help him pull Kanjuro out of the so-called toy house.

Far below Green Bit's forest, the dwarves bring Usopp and Robin before a statue depicting Mont Blanc Noland, the hero they hold dear. Usopp claims a bloodline to the man, and the little people exalt both him and Robin as heroes. His comfort sours the moment they declare that he will march them into war against the feared Donquixote Family, leaving him rooted to the spot in terror.

Caesar prods Doflamingo to be done with Law, but Doflamingo instructs Law not to touch the subordinate, and Fujitora waives Caesar's crimes on account of that standing. Doflamingo questions Fujitora about the reputation he and Ryokugyu earned at the military draft, while the admiral signals that he suspects this Warlord of bending the rules. Fujitora revokes Law's title and launches the meteor strike. Franky, who has already read the news, drives on toward the factory. Leo tells of how Noland reached Tontatta four centuries earlier and led the dwarves to triumph over marauding humans, and chief Gancho calls Usopp's coming an act of fate as the dwarves ready an underground route to Dressrosa for the fight.

A world military draft took place during the timeskip, and the second new admiral goes by the alias Ryokugyu. Fujitora offers mercy if Law brands the Straw Hats as his subordinates; Law declines, affirming an equal pact with Luffy, and is cast out of the Seven Warlords. Fujitora drops a meteorite onto Green Bit. Franky is directed to the Flower Field, and the map Violet leaves guides Sanji to the factory hidden as a toy house. Kin'emon links up with Sanji, who beats his ambushers, and seeks aid in freeing Kanjuro. Noland, honored in Tontatta ever since his visit four centuries earlier, becomes the figure Usopp passes himself off as a descendant of, and the dwarves ask his help against the Donquixote Family.
