Majin Buu Transforms

EpisodeEp. 265

Super Buu absorbs Gotenks and Piccolo through a cunning trap, gaining both raw power and heightened intelligence. With this terrifying new form, he challenges Ultimate Gohan again. What begins as an even fight quickly turns against Gohan as fatigue sets in and Buu's absorbed abilities prove overwhelming.

A Trap Woven in Plain Sight

Super Buu's demand for a Gotenks rematch suddenly makes sense. As he goads Goten and Trunks into performing the Fusion Dance again, two blobs of his body quietly detach from his back and slither across the ground toward their targets. Nobody notices until it is too late. The blobs engulf Super Saiyan 3 Gotenks and Piccolo simultaneously.

The absorption is instant and the transformation dramatic. Buu's appearance shifts, his power skyrockets, and his eyes now carry a calculating intelligence that was absent before. He reveals to Gohan that this was his plan from the moment he sensed Gohan's power growing on a distant world. He needed Gotenks to fuse first, then waited the full hour for the technique to become available again.

Intelligence Meets Brutality

Gohan demands to know why Buu did not simply absorb him instead. The answer is chilling: Buu wanted an opponent worthy of his new strength. There would be no satisfaction in possessing unmatched power with nobody to test it against. This twisted logic underscores how dangerous Buu has become, combining Piccolo's tactical mind with Gotenks' raw Saiyan energy.

The two warriors collide in an intense, fast-paced exchange. At first, Gohan holds his own, trading blows evenly and matching Buu's speed. But the initial parity is deceiving. Gohan has been fighting without rest, and his stamina starts to fade while Buu only seems to grow more confident with every passing moment.

The Tide Turns

After a brief pause, Buu attempts to break Gohan's focus through psychological warfare. Gohan dismisses the mind games, crediting his training for steeling him against such tricks. But mental resilience cannot compensate for a dwindling energy reserve. When the second round begins, Buu steadily takes control.

On the Sacred World of the Kai, Goku and the Supreme Kais watch with growing concern. The warrior they believed would save the universe is now struggling to survive. Episode 265 transforms the conflict from a story of Gohan's triumph into one of gathering desperation, setting the stage for a radical new strategy.
