Appearance

Middle-aged, middling in height, slight through the frame, with brows that sit permanently raised and pink eyes squinted down to slits. Short gray hair, parted to his right, hangs in side bangs above them. A small mustache sits over a goatee, and a gap where a front tooth used to be shows whenever he grins. Torture at the hands of the Meta Liberation Army cost him every finger on his right hand.

He dresses in a blazer and matching dress pants over a shirt left unbuttoned at the collar, with plain black shoes. A thick, segmented gold tube hangs at his neck, sometimes joined by a fluffy scarf the shape and color of intestines, and circular glasses sit on his face. There is usually a cigarette going.

Personality

He comes across as cold and transactional, interested in what a client pays and nothing beyond it, and the permanent smirk does not soften the read. His phone case has bunny ears and he lights cigarettes off the flame of a gun, so the taste is at least eccentric.

The money has limits, though. He will not deal with anyone he hates, and neither cash nor threats will move him off that. Beaten and mutilated, he gave up nothing about his clients or partners. He hands out advice unasked when he judges it warranted, and he openly resents big operations muscling into his trade. There is warmth in him too, most visibly toward Jin Bubaigawara, who was alone and wrecked by what his Quirk had done to him. Giran pointed him at a group that could use his talents and told him there are far more misfits out there than he realized.

Abilities

Business Skills: Kurogiri calls him a name everyone in the underworld knows. He tracks what is current, scouts prospects well, and moves illegal costumes, a trade that grew alongside the League's underground reputation.

Keen Intellect: He knows his inventory down to the chemistry. He warned Knuckleduster that the combination he was ordering would produce toxic fumes, and he knows a taser cannot house a built-in AED because the electric pulses are different in kind. Which drugs tolerate a heavy dose and which do not is likewise on file.

Muddied: Touching a target's head blurs the ten minutes surrounding the contact, five before and five after, into something vague and unusable.
