An upper-tier artificial human grown specifically to answer the Symbol of Peace, the U.S.J. Nomu was thrown at the heroes gathered in the Unforeseen Simulation Joint. Shock Absorption and Super Regeneration made it a wall that All Might could only break by going past his own limit.
Scars cover the muscle of this towering black humanoid, which stands taller than All Might himself. Nothing caps its skull: the brain sits open at the top with oversized eyes ringed around it, and the jaw below narrows into a beak crowded with sharp teeth. Its clothing amounts to beige trousers and metal knee guards shaped to resemble skulls, leaving the torso and feet bare. The man it was made from looked ordinary by comparison, marked only by thick lips and hair of a light olive green.
The experiments that reshaped its body left nothing behind capable of speech or of independent thought. What remains carries out instructions and nothing else, which is why Tomura Shigaraki's orders are obeyed at once and without question. Against an opponent it is savage and grants no quarter, wrecking Eraser Head and caving in part of All Might's ribcage. Take away the voice giving orders, though, and the creature simply stops. Captured with no villain nearby to direct it, it went along quietly and never resisted arrest.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
Before the alterations it was a petty thug. DNA drawn from four separate people was injected into its body under circumstances that remain unrecorded, stacking several Quirks into one frame and finishing the process as an artificial human. Its unfinished body first appears inside a stasis chamber in one of Kyudai Garaki's laboratories, months after The Crawler's last clash with Number 6 in Naruhata. Struck by how much an ordinary citizen had managed, All For One resolves to answer with something capable of driving All Might himself onto his knees, and credits Number 6's actions with the idea.
Kurogiri warps the creature into the Unforeseen Simulation Joint alongside the rest of the villains. It flattens Eraser Head, then blocks a One For All punch from Izuku Midoriya without taking a scratch. Shock Absorption blunts All Might's Carolina Smash, and a backdrop slam is dodged through one of Kurogiri's gates, after which the Nomu seizes hold of All Might until Shoto Todoroki freezes half of it solid. Ordered to deal with Katsuki Bakugo and recover Kurogiri, it tears loose, loses its frozen half, and grows the limbs back within seconds. The two then trade blows until All Might pushes past his own hundred percent and drives it out of the facility, four hundred metres into a forest, where the authorities collect it without a struggle. Tomura had noted that the absorption has a ceiling and that slow lacerations could get through it; All Might, no longer in his prime, needed roughly three hundred punches to finish work he reckoned five would once have done.
In custody it sits in a straitjacket, answering nothing the Police Force puts to it, so they run a DNA analysis instead. A year on, it and every Nomu seized since are moved into Central Hospital, where restorative research begins in the hope of understanding the process well enough to pull Oboro Shirakumo back out of Kurogiri.
The U.S.J. Nomu ranks among the most powerful early Nomu, engineered specifically to fight All Might. It forced him to push past his own hundred percent limit and needed roughly three hundred punches to finally put it down.
The U.S.J. Nomu attacked the U.S.J. facility alongside the League of Villains, injuring Eraser Head and clashing with Izuku Midoriya before All Might defeated it by exceeding his own limits. It was captured, imprisoned, and later moved to Central Hospital for restorative research.
In their one encounter at the U.S.J., Izuku Midoriya's One For All punch failed to leave a scratch on the Nomu thanks to its Shock Absorption. Only All Might, pushing well past his own hundred percent, was able to finally defeat it.
The U.S.J. Nomu has Shock Absorption, which blunted even All Might's Carolina Smash, and Super Regeneration, which let it regrow limbs within seconds after Shoto Todoroki froze half its body solid.
The U.S.J. Nomu remains in custody at Central Hospital, where researchers study it and the other captured Nomu in hopes of understanding the process well enough to pull Oboro Shirakumo back out of Kurogiri.
