Chapter 256 of My Hero Academia turns a single class period into a showcase of everything Class 1-A brought back from their winter internships. All Might watches Izuku work and realizes the boy no longer needs his approval, then hands him the file on One For All's past holders.
Class 1-A gets to work. Yuga Aoyama unveils an Ultimate Move, Navel Saber, and carves up a batch of the school's Villain Bots. Toru Hagakure joins in, showing she can now catch and bend light, snatching one of Yuga's beams and folding it into a cluster of machines. As she explains herself, more Bots try to jump the group, and Mina Ashido cuts in with an Ultimate Move of her own, Acidman, to shield and shred them.
All Might and the whole class enjoy the display. Toru explains that the three of them interned under the number nine Pro Hero, Yoroi Musha, and had to invent fresh plans and combinations to keep pace with him. Mina tells Eijiro Kirishima that Acidman is her answer to his Unbreakable, which he loves.
The demonstrations roll on through the class. Mashirao Ojiro and Rikido Sato show faster attacks and sharper prediction. Kyoka Jiro and Mezo Shoji show upgraded search work. Minoru Mineta, Denki Kaminari and Hanta Sero show teamwork and new combination moves. Tenya Ida fights looser, Koji Koda communicates better, and Fumikage Tokoyami improves across the board. Eijiro can now sap a villain's fight altogether, Tsuyu Asui and Ochaco Uraraka return with hardened resolve, and Momo Yaoyorozu shows sharper foresight and efficiency.
Izuku Midoriya, Shoto Todoroki and Katsuki Bakugo close the session with what the number one hero's agency gave them. Katsuki is stronger across the board and Shoto is faster. As Izuku demonstrates his firmer grip on Blackwhip, All Might runs through their history together, holding back tears, proud to see a student who has outgrown needing his praise.
Izuku afterward thanks Ochaco properly for helping him rein Blackwhip in during their Joint Training Battle. She waves it off: his new abilities inspired the wires in her costume, and she thanks him for making her stronger. They bump fists, each having pulled the other up. All Might wraps up, noting the session was recorded for Shota Aizawa.
In the teachers' dorms at Heights Alliance, a glum Shota and Present Mic pick over events. Shota does not trust the Hero Public Safety Commission, arguing their push for student work studies means they know something, and Hizashi agrees. Asked what he would do if the Nomu factory were found, Hizashi fires back something sarcastic about karaoke and stew, then turns the question around.
Mirio Togata and Tamaki Amajiki burst in: Eri is unwell. Shota finds Nejire Hado holding her while she cries about her horn feeling strange. He erases her Quirk, pats her head, and tells her it is nothing to fear.
Down in the Teachers Lounge, Izuku and Katsuki get All Might's congratulations, pleasing one and annoying the other. He sets down a notebook holding what he dug up on the Quirks carried by One For All's earlier holders. Not everything came to light, he says, but Izuku needs to be ready for the next step.
Class 1-A's winter internship results are put on display. Yuga Aoyama and Mina Ashido each debut a named Ultimate Move, and Yoroi Musha is identified as the Equipped Hero who took on Yuga, Mina and Toru. Shishido, the Lion Hero, is named as Rikido and Mashirao's mentor, and Momo's is revealed to be Majestic.
Shota Aizawa and Present Mic suspect the Hero Public Safety Commission of hiding something. Eri's horn has started growing. All Might completes his study of the Quirks belonging to One For All's earlier users and hands the file to Izuku.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
