Pale skinned and youthful, Sora wore her wavy blonde hair to her shoulders with a tuft falling across the right eye, a look her daughter Reiju closely inherited. Her eyes were a deep blue, and her features carried the same gentle resemblance. She favored a frilled blue dress with long sleeves and went without shoes.

While carrying her quadruplet sons, her hair grew longer, she added pink lipstick, and she dressed in a frilled white gown with short sleeves and pink shoes.

Tender and devoted, Sora possessed a fierce inner strength that surfaced in defense of her children. She refused to let them be raised as cold killing instruments, insisting they keep ordinary human feelings, and she resisted her husband's experiments to the point of giving up her own life. Compassion mattered deeply to her.

She doted especially on Reiju and Sanji, the two offspring who showed empathy, nurturing those qualities whenever she could. Her emotions ran close to the surface, and she would dissolve into tears recounting Sanji's kind words to Reiju and to her attendant Eponi.

Sora married Judge and became queen of the seafaring Germa Kingdom. She gave birth to her only daughter Reiju, then conceived quadruplet sons three years afterward. Before the boys arrived she argued bitterly against the genetic modifications Judge intended, but he forced her into the surgery regardless. In response she swallowed a drug meant to undo the procedure's effects. The counteragent reached only Sanji while ruining her own health, yet she carried no regret and beamed with pride whenever Sanji displayed gentleness.

Her final years were spent bedridden in the kingdom's medical ward under Eponi's care. Sanji once brought her a homemade meal that tasted dreadful, and she ate it gladly, calling it delicious. Reiju visited regularly to hear her mother speak happily of Sanji's growth. Sora passed away more than thirteen years before Germa's assault on Cozia in the East Blue. Her legacy endured: Sanji's preserved kindness later proved decisive in rescuing the entire family from the Big Mom Pirates, and even after gaining enhancements during the Onigashima raid, he kept the compassion she had died to safeguard.
