Key Events

In the past, the Roger Pirates held a drunken feast aboard their ship, and Oden voiced his gratitude for sailing with Roger. Rayleigh, Shanks, and Buggy offered to aid his quest to open Wano, but Oden insisted on handling it himself, confident his retainers could help him become shogun. In the present, Act 3 begins as Orochi boards a festival-bound ship at Port Habu and drinks heavily while the Flower Capital celebrates. At the Tokage rendezvous, Momonosuke and the Scabbards face a raging storm with their ships and allies nowhere in sight, and Kin'emon's frantic calls on the Tanishi go unanswered until Ashura silences him.

A rewind to two days prior shows the alliance finishing preparations and moving toward the port. Franky and Usopp oversaw ship repairs at Port Itachi before heading to Amigasa Village, leaving the vessels with the Musketeers and Wano carpenters. Hyougoro had the prisoners gather weapons while Cho secured the arms in Ringo, and Jibuemon coordinated a discreet move to Tokage Port. At Amigasa Village, Hitetsu handed the Straw Hats kabuto armor, and a teasing clash erupted between Zoro and Sanji over bounties before Nami knocked them apart. Nami and Robin discussed the coming full moon with the minks, hoping for Sulong and the timely arrival of Nekomamushi and the Guardians, while Luffy fretted that Jinbe had not yet come. In Okobore Town, Holed'em pressed the citizens over the still-vanishing Paradise Farm food, and Tsuru nearly led him to it before the townsfolk covered for the Scabbards by claiming they had eaten it. Back in the present, with hope fading, Inuarashi readies a lone boat for Onigashima, Momonosuke suggests rescheduling, and Shinobu tries to halt Kin'emon, but he refuses to turn back as Orochi parties on the island.
