Abura

Abura is a mountain-dwelling yokai and a longtime companion of Turbo Granny in Dandadan. Bird-shaped and slow to grasp the obvious, the creature is nonetheless valued for its deep store of knowledge about reversing curses.

Acrobatic Silky's Daughter

Acrobatic Silky's Daughter is the cherished child whose abduction shattered her mother and birthed the yokai of the same name in Dandadan. A cheerful girl devoted to ballet, her fate after being taken is left unresolved.

Adachi's Mother

Adachi's Mother is the ailing, bedridden parent of Mika Adachi in Dandadan. Her mounting hospital costs are what pushed her daughter into the dangerous job of stealing yokai powers for the Orchestrator, a gamble that nearly cost Mika her life.

Aira's Father

Aira Shiratori

Aira Shiratori is a main character in Dandadan, a once-popular Kami High student who turns from rival into one of Momo and Okarun's closest allies. After inheriting Acrobatic Silky's aura, she fights the paranormal at their side.

Aira's Mother

Aira's Mother is the late parent of Aira Shiratori in Dandadan, appearing only in flashback. Her early death shaped much of her daughter's outlook, and the family keeps her memory alive through a cherished portrait.

Aja

A Sumerian soldier in Dandadan, Aja takes up arms against the invading Kur beside her comrades Banga, Tome, and the child Bamora. Upbeat and courageous, she pours maternal devotion into Bamora and risks everything to see the girl carried out of the warzone alive.

Akira Takahashi

Akira Takahashi is a Renjaku High student in Dandadan, ranked as Class B's number two. Hot-tempered like his schoolmates, he sizes up Okarun and joins the trading of insults with Class D when Momo and Okarun visit the school during the Danmara Arc.

Alice Yukishiro

Alice Yukishiro is the younger sister of Koki Yukishiro in Dandadan. A contest-winning favorite of her parents, she looks down on her older sibling as a failure and wants nothing to do with her, a contempt that wounds Koki deeply when she overhears it.

Anzu

Anzu is a recurring student at Kami High in Dandadan who, together with Tsubame, counts among Aira Shiratori's closest friends in class 2-D. A rift drives the three apart for a while before they mend the bond and grow close once more.

Baison

Baison is a police officer posted at the Kamigoe Police Box in Dandadan. Warm and welcoming, he handled the Kintama during its time at the station and likely gained spirit sensitivity from the contact.

Bamora

Bamora is the only Sumerian child to survive the Kur assault on her planet. After warping to Earth she sets out to honor her adoptive mother's dying wish, finding a strong husband to keep her bloodline alive, and ends up allied with Momo's group against the Kur.

Banga

Banga is the Sumerian woman who raised Bamora. Once a palace cook, she was thrown into an all-female resistance after the Kur overran her world, and despite preaching cold self-interest she gave everything to save the last Sumerian child and send her to Earth.

Beam

Beam is the Shark Fiend devil hunter from Tatsuki Fujimoto's Chainsaw Man, who turns up in a Dandadan volume bonus story partnering Denji against the Typhoon Human. Fiercely devoted to Denji, he fights by transforming into a shark.

Benzo Togari

Benzo Togari, the No. 1 student of Class 1-A at Renjaku High School, is a first-year with a scrappy streak. Combative yet willing to help, he throws in with the crowd that storms the Danmara dimension to free Unji.

Big Mama

Big Mamas are alien creatures from the deepest reaches of space. The Kur domesticated an unknown number of them and use the beasts as living factories, turning the organisms they devour into exosuits for war.

Black Haircutter

The Black Haircutter is a yokai whose spiritual power was seized by Saint-Germain. Drawn from a Japanese legend about a creature that snips people's hair unseen, its essence now powers a blade.

Blagojević

Known as the Sea Lion Man, Blagojević captains the Dragon Knights' Second Company, the bodyguard unit serving Vlad of the Delacroix Family. He stands as a major antagonist through the Six Curses Arc and battles by shifting into sea lion form.

Cagliostro

Count Cagliostro numbers among the Dragon Knights who personally guard Vlad of the Delacroix Family. Acting as a major antagonist throughout the Six Curses Arc, he wields the art of spirit summoning to raise the dead back to life.

Carmine

Carmine ranked among the three guardian deities of the Danmara dimension, charged with keeping the Fairy-Tale Card sealed. A minor antagonist in the Danmara Arc, his fall both broke that seal and yielded players the Dark Knight card.

Chiquitita

Chiquitita is the young Mantisian son of Peeny-Weeny. Once gravely ill, he recovered through a steady supply of cow's milk and moved to Earth, where his cheerful nature and piloting skill make him a helpful member of the Family.

Chiquitita's Classmate

An unnamed human girl who attends school alongside Chiquitita. Quiet and observant, she grows suspicious that he is an alien and tries to investigate, only to flee in embarrassment when he flirts with her.

Chiquitita's Friends

These three nameless human kids share a class with Chiquitita. They started out tormenting him, then turned into his friends once he saved them from a pack of older bullies who were knocking everyone around.

Class 2-B Homeroom Teacher

The Class 2-B Homeroom Teacher is an unnamed faculty member at Kami High in Kamigoe City. He oversees one of the school's second-year sections and handles routine administrative matters involving new and transferring students.

Clown Dragon Knight

The Clown Dragon Knight is one of the Dragon Knights, the elite bodyguards serving Vlad of the Delacroix Family. A self-styled genius of viral necromancy, he stands among the principal villains driving the Six Curses Arc.

Coat Dragon Knight

The Coat Dragon Knight is a female member of the Dragon Knights, the personal guard protecting Vlad of the Delacroix Family. She ranks among the major antagonists of the Six Curses Arc.

Cursed House Child

The Cursed House Child is an unnamed boy who became one of countless offerings the Kito Family fed to the Tsuchinoko. His death and grief gave rise to the vengeful yokai known as the Evil Eye.

Daiki Hakono

Daiki Hakono is a boy who spent years sealed inside the Danmara realm after taking the cursed trunk that imprisoned the Fairy-Tale Card. Freed at last, he is struck by a curse of runaway aging and searches for a cure alongside Unji Zuma. He draws on Alan Parrish from Jumanji.

Daiki's Father

A commercial airline pilot from Kamigoe City, he is the father of Daiki Hakono. When his son vanished into a cursed diorama and was handed back years later as an aged stranger, he and his wife rejected the boy, sure they were being deceived. They embrace him again only once the curse is broken.

Daiki's Mother

She is the mother of Daiki Hakono and lives in Kamigoe City. When the son who disappeared into a cursed diorama was returned to her aged far beyond his years, she and her husband dismissed him as an impostor. She accepts the boy once more only after the curse over him is undone.

Denji

Denji is the chainsaw-wielding hero of Tatsuki Fujimoto's Chainsaw Man, appearing in Dandadan as a guest. A blond Devil Hunter who fights by manifesting chainsaws from his body, he teams with his partner Beam to battle the Typhoon Human out over the waters off Japan.

Diamond Earring Dragon Knight

This unnamed Dragon Knight serves as a personal guard to Vlad of the Delacroix Family and stands out as a major foe during the Six Curses Arc. Marked by a diamond earring and a strict, duty-bound manner, he drives his underlings to seize Okarun's friends and force the boy's surrender.

Earthbound Spirit Crab

A vengeful earthbound spirit once tethered to a tunnel in Shono City, the Earthbound Spirit Crab formed from murdered girls and took a monstrous crab-like shape. Fused with Turbo Granny, it hunts Momo and Okarun until Seiko's trap finally exorcises it.

Eisaku Yazawa

Eisaku Yazawa, nicknamed Elvis, ranks as the second-strongest student of Class E at Renjaku High School. He is known for hauling a traffic cone into every fight to deliver his signature move.

Enenra

Enenra is a yokai whose spiritual power was extracted and poured into the Black Paladin Red Baron. Named for a classic Japanese smoke spirit, its abilities revolve entirely around smoke.

Evil Eye

The Evil Eye is a vengeful yokai chained for ages to a sacrificial house in Byakuja Village. After taking root inside Jiji, he sets out to slaughter humanity, but a string of brawls with Okarun gradually turns the murderous spirit into an oddly loyal ally.

Fairy

A Fairy is a tiny mythical being, hard to spot and rarely seen. In Dandadan these creatures are described as scattered across the living world, perceptible only to those who strain to look for them, and they are linked to the diminutive pygmy race.

Fairy-Tale Card

The Fairy-Tale Card, also called the Demonic Fairy-Tale Card, is a yokai sealed inside a cursed trunk who built an entire candy-laced world to trap and exploit human players. He stands as the chief villain of the Danmara Arc within the Kintama Hunt Saga.

Female Unji Gang Member

An unnamed member of Unji Zuma's gang, this cheerful girl from the Renjaku Apartments became the second person pulled into the Danmara dimension. Weighed down by school and family troubles, she leans on Unji's hideout for refuge and feels forever in his debt.

Flatwoods Monster

An alien UMA allied with the Serpo, the Flatwoods Monster is a hulking, sumo-like creature that hounds Momo and Okarun for their banana organs during the Turbo Granny Arc. Named for a famous West Virginia sighting, it meets its end when Momo restores a torii gate's talisman.

Float Pullers

The Float Pullers are a team of six men hired for the job of hauling festival floats. Brought in by Seiko Ayase, they lend their raw muscle to the Onbusuman Operation, dragging a heavy cart through danger despite having no spiritual awareness.

Futa Zuma

Futa Zuma was Unji Zuma's little brother, a poor but cheerful boy who drowned chasing his umbrella. His spirit became the yokai Umbrella Boy, a power he shares with Unji, described as a gentle creature that turns unstoppable once forced into a fight.

Gillesderais

Gillesderais heads the First Company among the Dragon Knights and acts as personal guard for Vlad of the Delacroix bloodline. This masked, scissor-wielding Power User serves as a tertiary antagonist in the Six Curses Arc, pursuing Okarun to claim the Pinocchio curse.

Gingaman

Gingaman is a student at Kami High who appears briefly during the Space Globalists Arc. His name nods to the tokusatsu series Seijuu Sentai Gingaman, and he is even shown singing a piece of that show's opening theme.

Hana

Hana is an anthropomorphic anatomical model living at the Ayase residence and the devoted partner of Taro. Once discarded for being obsolete, she is reunited with Taro through Momo's help and quietly joins the household, rarely speaking to anyone but her beloved.

Hanako

Hanako is a toilet-bound yokai who confronts Vakappa, Red Baron, and Jack Wisp after their raid against Rin Sawaki and Koki Yukishiro. Wearing the face of a sweet child, she treats deadly violence as a game of tag, crushing the three Power Users with ease in their own restroom.

Hase

Hase is a Kami High student who bullied Okarun in Class 2-C. Sidelined for much of the story, he resurfaces during the Kozuka Knives Arc, becoming a major antagonist after a mysterious figure grants him Jumping Crone's power, which he uses to chase petty revenge on Okarun.

Hastur

Hastur commands the Kur Advance Unit, a century-old conqueror who hunts worlds for sport and prizes any lifeform powerful enough to be turned into an exosuit. He stands as one of the chief villains of the Space Globalists Arc.

Head Exosuit Kur

The Head Exosuit Kur was a member of the Kur Advance Unit who piloted the Head Exosuit. He appears as a supporting antagonist through the Space Globalists Arc before falling early in the battle on Earth.
