Wanda

Wanda is a curvaceous canine mink with tan fur, orange hair, and a large bushy tail. When she first met Luffy's group she was wearing items lent by Nami: a pair of blue jeans, high-heeled boots in black, and a striped bikini top in green and white. Over that she draped the Musketeers' blue cape, with a second length of blue cloth knotted at her jeans.

While the Beasts Pirates were attacking, she wore an open-necked light blue shirt, white denim shorts, calf-high boots in brown, and a cavalier hat of white. Reaching Wano Country, she changed into a pink kimono. As a small child her hair was shorter and her snout smaller, and she dressed in a pale pink frock, magenta shoes, and the same blue Musketeer cape.

Free of prejudice, Wanda weighs people by their character rather than their appearance, and she readily helps strangers, guiding the Straw Hats around Zou and shielding Luffy from the Whale Forest guardians. She occasionally speaks without minding how it sounds, as when she called Brook a corpse and left the crew fearing a dead comrade. Her feelings can run high enough to cloud her judgment; she struck at the Straw Hats on sight after mistaking them for the Beasts Pirates, then settled once Pedro clarified things. In dog-like fashion she shows affection by licking faces, doing so to Luffy more than once, and like her fellow canine minks she finds the all-bone Brook irresistible to chew on.

Wanda commands considerable respect among the minks, enough that Pedro pulled the Guardians back from Luffy at her request. As a Musketeer she is a formidable warrior, and like all minks she wields Electro, channeling it through her cutlass. Her status as a Kingsbird grants her vast stamina that keeps her active at every hour, along with strong resistance to toxins, shown when she could still stand and fight after the deadly Koro gas had crippled most of her kin.

Being of the Mink Tribe, she can also enter the Sulong transformation under the full moon, which sharply amplifies her power, and unlike some minks who cannot govern that state she controls it without trouble. Her swordsmanship is high-level; in the anime she held her own against and even disarmed a large Gifter. Alongside her cutlass she keeps a stick of dynamite on hand.
