When Chris Ayres' illness prevented him from continuing as Frieza's voice, Mills became the English understudy for the iconic villain in Dragon Ball Super, voicing the character across 17 episodes and multiple video games including FighterZ, Legends, and Sparking! Zero. Beyond vocal performance, Mills served as lead voice director and line producer on Sparkling! Zero, helping shape the entire English cast's performances. He also voiced supporting characters like Borareta and Monaka throughout the franchise.
