Kid Buu catches the Spirit Bomb and begins pushing it back, draining Goku of his remaining strength. A final wish to Porunga restores Goku's full power, allowing him to drive the bomb home and obliterate Majin Buu once and for all.
The Super Spirit Bomb collides with Kid Buu, but the monster catches it and begins to redirect the massive sphere back toward Goku. Pouring every ounce of his remaining energy into holding the attack in place, Goku finds himself losing ground. Kid Buu's raw power is simply too immense, and the Saiyan's strength drains at a terrifying pace. For a moment, it appears as though the energy of an entire planet will be turned against its own champion.
Just as Goku nears total exhaustion, Vegeta remembers that one wish remains unused on the Namekian Dragon Balls. He urgently instructs Dende to use it, asking Porunga to restore Goku's power to its full, healthy level. The dragon grants the wish without hesitation.
With his energy completely replenished, Goku transforms into a Super Saiyan and channels the renewed power into the Spirit Bomb. The shift is immediate and overwhelming. Where moments ago Kid Buu had been winning the struggle, Goku now pushes the sphere forward with commanding force. In a quiet, internal moment, Goku expresses a wish that Buu had chosen a different path and hopes to one day face a better version of him.

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....

The Super Spirit Bomb slams into Kid Buu head-on, engulfing him completely. There is no escape, no regeneration, and no second chance. The destructive force tears him apart at every level, erasing billions of years of unchecked rampage in a single blinding flash. Majin Buu, in every form he has ever taken, is finally and permanently destroyed. The universe can breathe again.
