The Room of Spirit and Time

Now fully recovered, Goku wastes no time assembling the team. Using Instant Transmission, he teleports Gohan, Vegeta, and Future Trunks directly to the Lookout, where the Hyperbolic Time Chamber awaits. Goku explains its unique and extraordinary properties: inside the chamber, an entire year of training passes for every single day that elapses in the outside world. The gravitational pull is ten times Earth's normal level, and the temperature swings between extremes. However, the room can only accommodate two people at once, so Vegeta and Future Trunks enter first, eager to break through the Super Saiyan ceiling.

When the pair step inside, they find themselves standing at the edge of an infinite white void. The environment is immediately oppressive, with crushing gravity and air so thin it burns the lungs. There is nothing else in sight: no landmarks, no horizon, no structures. Just an endless blank expanse stretching in every direction, an overwhelming nothingness that would break most warriors psychologically before the physical toll even begins. Vegeta surveys the impossible landscape with grim determination, steeling himself for what lies ahead. Training here will push both Saiyans to the absolute breaking point.

The Androids Arrive

While the Saiyans train in isolation, the android trio reaches Kame House, having tracked it as Goku's likely location. They find no Goku, but Piccolo is waiting for them. Rather than reveal Goku's whereabouts, the Namekian challenges Android 17 directly. The android accepts, confident in his limitless energy reserves.

The two warriors relocate to a cluster of small islands and begin their battle. Piccolo, empowered by his fusion with Kami, proves shockingly capable. His first attacks land cleanly, staggering Android 17 and sending him crashing through the landscape. The other fighters sense the clash and are stunned by the sheer scale of energy being thrown around.

Power on the Horizon

Android 17 recovers from Piccolo's initial assault and begins fighting seriously, revealing that he was testing the waters rather than going all out. Piccolo fires his devastating Explosive Demon Wave, but the android dodges at the last moment, demonstrating reflexes that match his raw power.

High above on the Lookout, Goku and Gohan wait for Vegeta and Trunks to emerge, knowing that the fate of the world may hinge on what happens inside that chamber. Below, two titanic forces are locked in a battle that is only just beginning.
