Mr. Satan holds a press conference to claim credit for defeating Beerus, only for alien visitors called Snackians to arrive and demand a sparring match. A fortunate canine phobia saves the day.
With the world still shaken by the mysterious shockwaves from Beerus's battle, Mr. Satan steps before the press to deliver his version of events. In his retelling, he personally confronted the God of Destruction (whom he mispronounces as "Beavis"), miraculously transformed into a god himself, and triumphed. The crowd eats it up. But the celebration is cut short when a spaceship lands and a delegation of aliens called Snackians emerge, performing an elaborate respect dance that leaves everyone cringing in secondhand embarrassment.
The Snackian hero Galbee demands to spar with whoever truly defeated Beerus. Satan frantically tries to dodge the challenge by faking injuries and calling for backup, but neither Gohan nor Vegeta answer their phones. Goku arrives by accident, hauling his broken tractor, and Satan convinces him to fight in his place. Goku agrees, but when he spots Chi-Chi in the crowd, he panics and begs Satan to punch him so he can pretend to be knocked out, preserving the ruse.
Satan musters his courage and stands firm before Galbee's charge. The alien stops his fist just short of contact, paralyzed with terror at the sight of Bee, Satan's small dog, who had jumped out of the limousine. The Snackians reveal that canine creatures are their species' greatest fear and flee Earth in a panic, pausing only to perform one final respect dance on their way out. Satan collects his Hero's Medal, none the wiser that luck was his only ally.
Episode 15 is a standalone comedy piece that bridges the gap between the Beerus Saga and the Golden Frieza Saga. It leverages Mr. Satan's signature blend of bravado and cowardice to deliver laughs while gently introducing two ongoing plot threads: Chi-Chi's insistence that Goku stop fighting and earn money, and Goku's growing restlessness to resume training.
Beneath the slapstick, the episode sketches the daily lives of the cast. Chi-Chi forbids Goku from returning to King Kai's planet. Gohan dotes on the pregnant Videl. Vegeta broods in solitude, vowing to surpass everyone. These quiet domestic moments ground the series before the darker Frieza arc begins.
Mr. Satan has served as Dragon Ball's public-facing hero since the Cell Games, and this episode reaffirms that function. His fabricated stories keep the wider world ignorant of Goku and the Z Fighters, preserving the series' status quo where Earth's population remains blissfully unaware of cosmic-level threats. The Snackians' visit also hints at the broader galactic community that becomes increasingly relevant as Dragon Ball Super progresses.
