The Warrior from the Mountains

Episode 32 opens with Uub confronting Baby Vegeta on Planet Plant. Having learned that Goku was killed by Baby, Uub channels his grief into devastating offense. He lands blow after blow on Baby Vegeta, prompting Gohan, Goten, and Trunks to intervene on their master's behalf. Baby scolds them for interfering, revealing he was merely studying Uub's fighting style. He admits Uub surpasses every Saiyan on the planet except Goku and himself.

Pan discovers that Gohan appears to have been fatally struck in the crossfire and breaks down in tears. The casualties are mounting, and the situation on Planet Plant grows bleaker by the minute.

Pulling Out the Power

On the Sacred World of the Kai, Old Kai finally agrees to let Goku leave, but only after addressing something critical: Goku's Saiyan tail has begun regrowing. Old Kai explains that only with a fully restored tail can Goku access the additional power needed to defeat Baby. Shusugoro transforms into a pair of pliers, and the painful process of pulling the tail to its full length begins.

Goku endures the ordeal reluctantly, understanding that this tail represents his best chance against a foe who has already defeated him once. Meanwhile, back on Planet Plant, the momentum shifts against Uub. Baby begins dominating the fight, and Pan's attempt to help ends with her being swatted aside.

Two Become One

Baby Vegeta decides to end the battle. He gathers energy from every Tuffle on the planet and forms the Revenge Death Ball, the same technique that apparently killed Goku. Mr. Satan begs Majin Buu to protect them. Buu rushes Pan and Mr. Satan to safety, then returns and throws himself into the path of the attack, absorbing the blast meant to destroy Uub.

Baby assumes both fighters are dead, and he departs to celebrate at a victory parade with Bulma. Hidden within the energy cloud, Majin Buu explains to Uub that they are two halves of the same being and that the time has come to reunite. Buu merges into Uub's body, giving birth to Majuub, a warrior who combines Buu's magic with Uub's fighting prowess. As the parade continues, Majuub steps forward to challenge Baby once more.
