Super Buu throws everything he has at Vegito, combining Ghost Kamikaze Attacks, Kamehamehas, and Masenko blasts in rapid succession. None of it works. Driven to desperation, Buu lures Vegito close and fires his Candy Beam, transforming the fused Saiyan into a small piece of coffee-flavored candy.
At the Check-In Station, King Yemma and Fortuneteller Baba watch the battle unfold. Every technique Super Buu attempts ends in failure. He wraps Vegito in his body using the Wrap Attack, only for Vegito to bite his way free. Buu follows up with a devastating combination of Super Ghost Kamikaze Attack, Kamehameha, and Masenko, but Vegito uses Instant Transmission to dodge every single blast without taking a scratch.
Vegito does not just win these exchanges; he makes them look absurd. He crosses his arms and blocks attacks with his legs alone, mirroring a technique Frieza once used against Goku. The message is deliberate: Super Buu is so far beneath him that Vegito does not even need to use his hands.
In Heaven, Bulma, Chi-Chi, Videl, and Dabura continue searching for Gohan among the countless souls. The task seems impossible given the sheer number of beings who have passed on throughout history. Yet Videl refuses to give up, insisting that Gohan is not among the dead. Dabura supports her conviction, encouraging the strength of her bond with Gohan.
The brief interlude provides a contrast to the violence below, a reminder that the absorbed fighters are not merely power sources for Buu but people with families who love them and refuse to stop looking.
Recognizing that no amount of force will bridge the gap, Super Buu shifts to deception. He taunts Vegito into closing the distance for a finishing blow. The instant Vegito is within range, Buu fires his Candy Beam and transforms the mightiest warrior in the universe into a small, coffee-flavored candy.
Kibito Kai and Old Kai watch in horror from the Sacred World of the Kai as their last hope appears to have been neutralized by one of Buu's strangest abilities. Episode 271 ends on a cliffhanger that seems to spell doom for the fused Saiyan, though the question remains whether even this bizarre transformation can truly stop the combined will of Goku and Vegeta.
