A Hostage Between Giants

The Super Spirit Bomb blazes above the battlefield, ready to be thrown. But Kid Buu is no fool. He positions himself directly in front of the immobilized Vegeta, using the Saiyan Prince as a living shield. Goku cannot bring himself to throw the bomb and risk killing his rival. Buu exploits this hesitation, pelting Goku with energy blasts while keeping one foot planted on Vegeta's broken body.

Just when all seems lost, Good Buu awakens from his beating and hurls himself into Kid Buu, tackling the destroyer away from Vegeta. Mr. Satan sprints across the battlefield, hoists Vegeta onto his shoulders, and carries him to safety. Goku, stunned by their bravery, calls Mr. Satan a true hero and launches the Spirit Bomb.

The Last Wish

The Spirit Bomb collides with Kid Buu's Majin Kamehameha, and for a moment, the bomb appears unstoppable. But Kid Buu digs in and halts the sphere's advance, pushing it into a deadly stalemate. Goku strains with everything he has, but his body is completely drained. The bomb begins sliding back toward him.

Vegeta, barely conscious, realizes they still have one wish remaining with Porunga. He orders Dende to use it immediately: restore Goku's full power. On New Namek, the eternal dragon grants the wish without hesitation. Energy surges through Goku's body, his strength flooding back in an instant. Dende's telepathic message reaches him just in time.

The End of Madness

Recharged and transformed into a Super Saiyan, Goku seizes the Spirit Bomb and drives it forward with renewed force. Kid Buu pushes back with everything he has, but the combined energy of billions is too much. As the sphere closes in, Goku reflects on Buu's reign of terror and speaks his final words to the destroyer, expressing hope that Buu will someday be reborn as someone good.

The Spirit Bomb engulfs Kid Buu entirely. His screams echo across dimensions as his body disintegrates particle by particle, witnessed by the villains in Hell and the heroes across the cosmos. When it is over, Goku powers down, his feet touching the ground softly. He turns to Vegeta with a smile and a thumbs up. They make a pretty good team after all. Vegeta, for the first time, smiles back.
