Hit faces the speed demon Dyspo, whose supersonic reflexes can counter the Time-Skip before it activates. When Hit is cornered by a two-on-one assault, Goku intervenes with his Super Saiyan God form, and the two rivals forge a temporary partnership.
Dyspo, Universe 11's self-proclaimed blitz captain, targets Hit with a specific purpose: his speed has been trained to exceed the speed of light, allowing him to counter Hit's Time-Skip by attacking the instant before the technique activates. Hit discovers that Dyspo reads the subtle muscle vibrations that precede Time-Skip, using his extraordinary hearing to detect the moment Hit's body tenses. Each time Hit prepares the technique, Dyspo is already in motion.
Stripped of his signature ability, Hit fights Dyspo in pure hand-to-hand combat and gradually adapts, prioritizing defense of vital areas while analyzing Dyspo's attack patterns. Toppo, recognizing that Hit is setting a trap, orders K'nsi to intervene. The Pride Trooper ensnares Hit with explosive energy whips, and the two-on-one assault pushes Hit to the very edge of the arena. When Dyspo charges for the finishing blow, Hit makes his body intangible, allowing Dyspo to phase through him and nearly fall off the edge. K'nsi saves Dyspo with his whips just in time.
Caulifla prepares to help Hit, but Goku arrives first, blocking Dyspo's attack in his Super Saiyan God form. Whis explains that this form offers greater speed and power than standard Super Saiyan while consuming far less stamina than Blue, making it ideal for sustained combat. Despite Hit insisting he does not need help, Goku and Hit begin working in parallel. Goku handles K'nsi while Hit refines his counter to Dyspo: he deliberately mimics the muscle tension that triggers Dyspo's preemptive strike, using the same physical tell as a feint to create openings for genuine Time-Skip attacks. Hit gradually overwhelms the confused Dyspo, who can no longer distinguish real Time-Skips from bluffs, while Goku powers through K'nsi's explosive whips with a burst of Blue and eliminates him. Hit throws Dyspo toward the edge, but K'nsi's whips save him once more before K'nsi himself is knocked off.
Hit's evolution mid-battle is the episode's defining achievement. Rather than simply overpowering Dyspo's speed, Hit turns his own weakness into a weapon. By deliberately reproducing the muscle vibrations that Dyspo uses as a cue, Hit transforms every potential attack into a guessing game. Dyspo's hearing, which was his greatest advantage, becomes a source of confusion once Hit learns to manipulate the signal.
Goku's fluid switching between Super Saiyan God and Super Saiyan Blue reveals a sophisticated approach to stamina management. He maintains God form for general combat and spikes to Blue only at the instant of impact, maximizing power output while minimizing drain. Whis notes this technique approvingly, suggesting it represents a level of energy control Goku has not previously demonstrated in the anime.
The Goku and Hit partnership works precisely because neither fighter subordinates himself to the other. Hit refuses to acknowledge Goku's help as anything but unwanted interference, while Goku frames his participation as personal entertainment rather than altruism. Their mutual respect exists beneath layers of competitive pride. After the battle, Hit walks away without a word, and Goku calls after him that they should settle their personal rivalry if both survive to the end. With K'nsi eliminated, only Jiren, Toppo, and Dyspo remain from Universe 11, and Toppo's declaration that justice and evil no longer matter signals a shift in the Pride Troopers' philosophy from heroism to pure survival.
